Founder's Story

I did not set out to start a business. I responded to something I could not replace.

In the summer of 2025, I received Ceylon Cinnamon as a gift from a family friend in Sri Lanka. I worked with it by simply grinding the sticks, steeping them in hot water, and returning to it daily. It was not dramatic, but it was precise. The aroma, the clarity, the balance resonated with me.
